Andrew Bakun, was inducted into the NJIT Athletic Hall of Fame for his outstanding achievements as an athlete in soccer from 1978-81. A four-year starter Bakun was a versatile performer. He played three positions during his career at NJIT, earning all-State honors as a sophomore and all-Area accolades his junior year. He became the 16th all-American in NCE/NJIT men's soccer history following his senior season of 1981. Bakun scored eight career goals.
