Seymour "Zoom" Fleisher was inducted into the NJIT Athletic Hall of Fame for his outstanding contributions to the basketball team at Newark College of Engineering from 1947-51. From freshman year as a heralded all-State player to senior season as captain his dazzling play sparked the team to success.
