Andrew Handwerker, accomplished outstanding achievements as a soccer player at Newark College of Engineering from 1959-62. He was the second leading scorer on the 1960 NAIA national championship team, and scored one of the NCE's two goals in the title game. He graduated as the school's all-time leading scorer with 32 goals and 19 assists.
