Ali Hubey, a member of the soccer team from 1969-71 was inducted into the NJIT Athletic Hall of Fame for his performance on the field which earned him all-American recognition for three consecutive seasons 1969, 1970, 1971. He was team MVP 1970 and was named to the NJIT/NCE Centennial all-time soccer team.
